My Mother's Handmade, Patchwork Elvis Presley Vest. That is not a single piece of fabric, I have no idea where she got all the various Elvis Printed fabric, but the front panels are quilts. This vest may be worn Western Style, Rockabilly, dressy or casual, The Perfect Gift for any Elvis Lover / Collector. Note the vest is an open front, pit to pit measurement is about 24", quite wide and roomy especially since it's open. Shoulder to pit measures 11" and right pit to right front vest opening measures 13.5". It fits me well, I'm 5/8" and 160 lbs.
